Shipping policy

FOR CUSTOM and NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post and will be subject to their delivery times and schedules.

Express Post and Registered Post are offered for an additional Cost.

Non-custom Products are usually expected to be received within 14 days of the order date

Custom Products

Production time is usually 21 days from the date when artwork is approved.

Express Production time is offered as an option and reduces production time to 7-10 working days.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping Insurance can be purchased to insure your item in the case of damage or if it is lost.
