Returns & Refunds Policy
Please read the conditions below and then contact us via email at hello@bellsdogworld.com.au quoting your order number to start the process. We will send you instructions on where to return the package. We kindly ask you to be patient as we try our best to resolve return claims as quickly as possible.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Non–Custom Products
Damaged products will be replaced. There is no refund until the item is returned. You may be asked to submit some photos of the damaged product. The damaged goods must be returned and received within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Custom Products
Damaged custom products will be replaced once the item is returned. The damaged goods must be returned and received within 7 days of receiving the goods.
CHANGE OF MIND
Non-custom products can be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be unused and in their original packaging with any written instructions included. Postage will not be refunded. A refund will be issued when we receive the product back from you.
Custom Products. We have a no-return policy for change of mind for custom products.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Changes to orders will only be accepted in writing and only before the order has been filled.
No changes can be made to Custom Orders once artwork has been approved.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
While Bell Dogworld makes every attempt to list accurate and current product information, price information, and all other information, there may be the occasional typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse to honour an order based upon any misunderstanding arising from such typographical errors.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Bells Dogworld makes every effort to list accurate and current prices on the website at all times. However, you should note that prices are subject to change without notice. Bells Dogworld reserves the right to change any price/s on the Bells Dogworld site without notice.
